Support from SD4DS

At your practice or online, whichever you prefer. Built on your goals, not on a standard programme.

At your practice, or online, whichever you prefer

At your practice

You work with your own equipment, your own team and your own patients, in your real working conditions. No hotel night, no closed surgery. Travel is included in the fee.

Online, by video

For a one-off question, a decision to clarify or regular follow-up. Short sessions, fitted to your diary, with no travel time and no day blocked out.

Four reasons to train differently

An à la carte programme

A discovery conversation to pin down what you are after, then a programme built for you, that goes straight to the point.

No hidden costs

No travel, no hotel night, no closed surgery. The training takes place in your own practice.

No time wasted

No need to fit into someone else's calendar. You set your own training schedule.

Follow-up afterwards

Support continues after the session, to make sure what was learned is actually put into practice.

How do we really make progress?

A lecture gives you knowledge. As for the how, watching a musician play creates an illusion of ease: pick up the instrument and you measure the gap.

Group training adds understanding and exchange, but the answer you came for is sometimes found by the coffee machine. Hands-on sessions give you the skill, provided supervision is close and conditions are close to the real thing.

One-to-one support goes straight to the heart of the need. Nothing stands in the way of a question, or of an answer made for you.

What I offer

  • To help you reach YOUR goals
  • To identify what is holding your progress back, and how to remove it quickly
  • To identify where you can progress, then pass on the knowledge you need and transfer the skills that will serve you
  • To help you work out whether investing in equipment is useful or unnecessary

What I do not offer

  • To hand you a standard protocol and teach you THE right method
  • To have you adopt what I chose for my own practice
  • To reveal what the gold standard is
  • To walk you through the conclusions of the scientific literature

Two ways to make progress

Depending on whether you want to unblock a situation or to change your practice for good.

1

Clinical coaching

An outside view on your clinical approach, as regular follow-up or as one-off help. On a technical difficulty, a doubt about a treatment decision, a relational deadlock with a patient, or on your practice as a whole.

2

Custom training

A programme built with you, from your goals and your context, in your own practice and with your team. Support continues after the session, to embed what has been learned.
